Q: Why should I choose VeloCals over some other supplier?
A: Our decals are produced with the highest quality materials, using the most reliable printing process, the best equipment, and the greatest attention to detail, typeface, and color authenticity.
Q: How do you know you have the best materials and process?
A: Our artist and production manager, William "JR" Anderson, has been in the graphics arts business for 35 years. During those years he has continually educated himself about cutting-edge technology and processes, being one of the pioneers back in the 1980s in using computer-aided vinyl cutting equipment. He regularly upgraded his equipment and design software and consistently challenged and surpassed the known limitations of them when there was a need. JR continues to research new materials and experiment with new techniques to make sure the product we send you is the best possible.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What if I don't see the decal I need?
A: Please use our intake form under the "New Product Request" tab. Be sure to follow the instructions and provide plenty of photos and measurements with those photos
Q: I emailed you but haven’t received a call/email back. When will I hear from you?
A: All of our customer service is handled via email, and we are not able to respond right away to every contact. Filling orders, along with answering inquiries regarding current and past orders, are our highest priority. Contact to request decals not listed on our website may or may not receive a response. Requests should be submitted through our website (see question above).
Q: Why do you need 15-20 business days to ship my decals?
A: In order to serve you better we offer color choices for many of our decals. These are specially printed to order for you and may take extra time to process.
Q. How do I get custom decals?
A: We are developing more ways to accommodate requests for customized decals. Please take a look at our Custom Decal Collection. Let us know if you would like a font that is not listed.
