Shipping & Returns
All decals we sell are produced by Velocals. Many are kept in stock and therefore usually can be shipped within a day or two of order date. For customized colors and finishes, please allow about 4-6 weeks for production (varies according to current demand) plus shipping time.
We can ship to any address in the world. Shipping rates for most items are based on order total. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs taxes which are the buyer's responsibility. International orders under $24.95 are shipped in a standard business envelope. Please look for a return address that reads "William Anderson". International orders $24.95 and over are shipped as a package with tracking.
Decals with production defects or errors may be returned within 30 days for exact exchange according to original order. If you need to return your decals, please contact us at email@example.com and include clear, close up photos of the defect. Velocals is not responsible for damage caused by customer mishandling decals or by failure to follow installation and finish instructions exactly. If your order is determined to be eligible for exchange, you will be given an RMA number.
Velocals decals are made to order. Therefore, returns will not be refunded if you have made an error on selection of sku, colors, materials, or size. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about size. If uncertain about colors, please see sku 583 where you may purchase color swatches.
Allow about 4 weeks to receive replacements, depending on shipping and production times. Be sure to return your item in the original (or similar) packaging, enclose a copy of the invoice and RMA number, and send with tracking (if domestic). Returned decals must arrive in new, undamaged condition. Decals returned without following the preceding steps will not be refunded.
